December 7, 2024 Advent Retreat

On Saturday, December 7th, all parishioners and guests were invited to join the Knights for their Fall Advent Retreat on Saturday, December 7th from 9 AM to Noon in the Parish Hall. Displaying a life-size replica of the cloth of Our Lady of Guadalupe, our guest presenter, Mr. Massimo Paris, researcher and lecturer  shared the results of his studies and the history and symbolism of the miraculous image. The tilma (cloak) was the cloak of St. Juan Diego on which the Blessed Virgin Mary imprinted a representation of Herself as Our Lady of Guadalupe. Mr. Paris previously spoke to us last April with his talk on the Shroud of Turin. ​
